Smoke Odour Removal

Ozone treatment is used, for it is the safest and most powerful eliminator of smoke, mildew and other household odours. We also remove all the odours resulting from fire and smoke damage by using Dry Force cleaning products. Walls, ceilings and furnishings are cleaned with these products.

Structural Repairs

Damages are assessed and appraisers evaluate surfaces on site with special test kits to determine whether restoration is feasible. Dry Force's goal is to preserve the original surface whenever economically feasible. Water Damage Restoration

Water Damage occurs when you least expect it and occurs in many different ways.
Whether caused by natural or man-made disaster, moisture is a fast and silent destroyer of furnishings, equipment and building interiors. Timing is crucial to the dehumidification of a building and the prevention of the growth of destructive mould and mildew, which can appear within 24-48 hours.

Our certified Water Loss Specialist will extract water, dry out contents, walls, carpet paddings, and carpets in most cases to prevent mould and mildew occurring. Special extraction equipment, air movers, dehumidification equipment and trained personnel are required for proper removal. When water and moisture damage is managed properly with a controlled drying process, the entire restoration project will proceed faster, thereby getting the customer back to normal. Thoroughly drying the structure reduces structural damage and damage from mould and mildew as well as additional damage by high humidity levels.

Early restoration would:

· Stop the damage and reduce mould growth
· Reduce the high cost of business interruption
· Reduce swelling of contents
· Reduce corrosion damage to machinery and equipment
